GENOMER® Viral DNA/RNA Purification Kit (Magnetic Beads)
The GENOMER® Viral DNA/RNA Purification Kit (Magnetic Beads) is designed for rapid purification of high quality nucleic acid (RNA and DNA) from virus in samples such as swabs, saliva, blood, bodily fluid, plasma/serum, urine, and viral transport media (VTM).
The GENOMER® Viral DNA/RNA Purification Kits are automation-ready plates prefilled suitably configured for GENOMER® Purifier 32 Automatic Nucleic Acid Extraction Instrument. Nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) from a complex with magnetic beads in a specially formulated buffer. The beads / nucleic acids complex is then separated from lysates using a magnet. Purified DNA/RNA are then eluted when the buffer condition is adjusted. Special magnetic beads technology enables purification of high-quality nucleic acids that are free of proteins, nucleases, and other impurities.
GENOMER® Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit (Column)
The GENOMER® Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit (Column) provides a fast, simple, and cost effective viral DNA/RNA miniprep method and it is suitable for viral RNA and DNA from plasma, serum, and cellfree body fluids.
The GENOMER® Viral DNA/RNA Kit (Column) uses silica membrane technology to eliminate the cumbersome steps associated with loose resins or slurries. Viral DNA/RNA purified with the GENOMER® Viral DNA/RNA Kit (Column) is immediately ready for use.
Phenol extraction and ethanol precipitation are not required. The purified DNA/RNA is easy for use in downstream applications such as enzymatic reactions, qPCR, PCR, NGS library construction and so on.
GENOMER® Micro Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (Column)
The GENOMER® Micro Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (Column) is based on silica membrane technology and provides a special buffer system.
Genomic DNA binds to the silica membrane in the presence of high salt, while the contaminants pass through the column. After the membrane is thoroughly washed to remove any remaining contaminants, the pure DNA is eluted from the membrane with low salt buffer.
The kit is suitable for isolating genomic DNA from small samples volume or size such as whole blood, blood card, cells, tissues, serum/plasma etc.
Purified DNA can be directly used in PCR, DNA library construction, restriction enzyme digestion, hybridization, etc.
